One of my closest fiends lives on the corner of Drake and Monroe, just 2 blocks off Congress. We used to walk over to Gueros on Sundays and listen to music and drink. I know he will be there and I'd say to look for an aging hippie, but in Austin that could be half the population. Have fun!
