While I was not there, I am enjoying what seems to be a remarkable sense of Skoolie community. We need to keep this spirit going with yet more local events no matter where or when they might be.

You folks rock!!!

I can't believe how NICE everyone we met was!!!
Thanks man, we thought everyone was very welcoming and my son enjoyed playing with the dogs.
The pro to having a baby, everyone likes you. Cons, had to leave early cuz baby was getting fuzzy.

Hopefully next time I can just give him a bottle of milk and put him to sleep so that mom & dad can socialize [emoji2]

Never much cared for fuzzy babies, but I guess if their diapers are clean... they're ok

How about here this fall? Nov 3-5 is available i think. Too cold? Available a couple weekends in oct too. $50 / night and we get the whole campground...no showers at this one but the lake is supposed to be spring fed.

Jeep, bus, repeat.

put the word out... there may be other skoolies in your neck of the woods where you can perhaps even meet one on one and see their busses..

or set one up.. they seem to be just casually set up, someone starts a post, and has a spot and a date in mind and next thing you know people chime in the thread and busses end up parked together and people meet and hang out.
