full time in new england?

I've been on the hunt for a year round site located anywhere in eastern Massachusetts (although we might consider Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, or maybe even NY/Jersey). Something that's got a good yearly rate or offers workamping. Doesn't have to be a camp site, could be someones back yard for all I care. I have friends and family in that area and the closer we can park near them the better.

In the most ideal setting (which might be asking a bit much) it would be in the general vicinity of public transportation. even if I have to walk an hour and a half to get to the station. I found one in Bellingham MA and I'm waiting for their reply.

Any suggestions?
