Living the life at Lake Lanier Georgia

Guys, I have stayed in some of the camp grounds, around Lake Lanier (about 35 miles north of Atlanta) and all I can say is WOW!

The Army Corps of Engineers have plenty of nice camp grounds and they are very well maintained. The only two drawbacks are: alcoholic beverages are not allowed and there is a 14 day limit. Besides those short comings, the lake is beautiful and the people are friendly.

BTW, I spent about a month and a half in different campgrounds around the lake.

Living large on the road.

Robert

Re: Living the life at Lake Lanier Georgia

Well guys, I'm back to reality and I'm living in a house. Hopefully, I'll be able to acquire enough cash to get myself back on the road.

It was fun living in the bus, but being with a family, trying to make a living, and setting roots, derailed my dreams of full timing it.

My next adventure should take me to the beaches of Florida, so I can enjoy the last bit of warm weather for the year.

Wish me luck.
