I saw another Skoolie while crossing Nebraska yesterday it was a long dog nose in white or light gray with a big back porch.Seen at a gas station just off of I 80 near Kearney at about 6 PM.
By the way, it was gorgeous as night turned into early morning as we made our way across the high plains of Colorado. The nearly full moon illuminated the prairie and the balmy* air was fragrant with the herby smells of dried grasses. We were almost always running by ourselves in the vast remoteness of that countryside.
* It was in the upper 30s, but it had been in the mid-70s earlier in the day. Having started out in Wisconsin earlier in the day where the temperature was in the low 20s, it seemed darn nice to me.
