Flights are only $127 round trip. If this is a for sure thing (date and location) I'll book tickets now while I have the money. Busless and carless, we'll Uber to/from the airport. A place to crash would be nice tho. Don't know what there is for hotels there.

I'll have a couch you can sleep on!

P.S. There's something going on in FL the week before that the gf mentioned. I don't remember what it was but I should look at changing the tickets from Seattle to Harrisburg. Make it Seattle to FL and just take the entire month of Sept off of work.

P.S.S. I would so do that but she doesn't get near enough vacation time to even consider it.

P.P.S.S. Does that couch have room for two? Gf will be coming too. Tickets are still $127. Think I'll roll the dice and wait until Friday instead of charging it.

Sounds like a fun trip- music and all. Better send us some good pics for us still working on our rigs.

If you keep checking ticket prices on the same computer, they will raise them on you. 57 days-out is the sweet spot for ticket pricing.

I'll be taking a bunch just to gather ideas for myself. By Sept I hope to be well into the interor build and not just sheet metal.

Not sure that has ever happened to me. I'm going thru Skyscanner and not the airline so I should have the airline as a backup.

That's certainly more than 3 weeks that everyone says. It's getting pretty close to that anyway.

He's spot on 54-57 days out is the sweetest deals. I am coming home tomorrow from 4 weeks on a backpacking adventure in Europe. Bought our round-trip Miami to Madrid for $481 on day 56!
I use google flights to track pricing trends.

You can run a genny no prob. Plenty of room to park out away so the noise shouldn't bother anyone too bad.
