And should I get the elasto stuff for the roof, while I'm at it?

I'd just use flat white on the roof, regular non-elasto.
Once the elastomeric stuff starts yellowing, peeling, and getting bugs embedded into it you'll wish you'd simply painted it once with regular paint and been done. Just my 2 cents.

Speaking of rolling...
I just got home from yet another long day of storm cleanup and lawn mowing. Gotta get something rolled up pronto!

Neither of us do. Might be a roll party instead... rolling may actually be less work, since everything won't need major paper taped up.

Mine is a cheap $50 Huskie from Home Depot but it works well enough for a quick paint job.
