Yes, i forgot... the pistons in the wheel cylinders are aluminum, and are normally stuck.. Anytime you have sticky pistons, you gotta take it apart and hone and always put new cups in. You can frequently buy the size you need at Napa, etc. Often times it is cheaper than buying the entire wheel cylinder kit, which has the spring and outside rubber boots, cause most of the time those are good... but a 1964.. probably not.
If you have a problem with one wheel cylinder, it would be a really good idea to do all of them if you want brakes working correctly. Also you need to check the drum material for things like being oiled down, and the drums for being scored.
