How did the re-installation of the ceiling metal go?
PICS are needed!

I've seen about four buses who's owners wanted to put the metal ceiling panels back, this being the fifth. The other four gave up on reinstalling the panels because of the level of difficulty.

It doesn't matter if you're dealing with hot weather or cold weather. Having metal to metal contact between the ribs and the interior ceiling panels is going to conduct thermal energy in and out of your bus. It defeats the purpose of the insulation.

Sheet metal reinstall wasn't necessarily smooth, but it went up. Had difficulty finding screws that would fit the size of my ceiling ribs' rivet holes. But all is up, however it did get a little banged up so the entire ceiling will be getting repainted. If you're attempting this, I suggest doing it the right way, we made it a lot harder on ourselves by not reinstalling the metal above the driver's head or the portion above the rear door. Nonetheless, we were stubborn and made it work.

Demolition and insulation are almost both checked off the list, just need to tie up some loose ends. I'll post more pictures the next time I am working on it.
