If you have a battery charger try charging them overnight. If they don't get up to 12.7 volts or so they're shot. If they do take a charge they still need to be load tested. Once you have known good batteries you can test the alternator. It may be shot too, but I'd bet those batteries are history.
Definitely check your batteries first like Roach said. Was that voltage with the engine off? If it was with the engine running, you will be needing an alternator. I don't know if Amazon ships to Belgium, but you should check there for parts. I bought a Ford Motorcraft Reman alternator with no core charge for $156. The cheapest from the dealer with discount was $235.

Very festive! Those Airstreams are soooo cool.

Here in Michigan we've had a few snow showers but nothing that stuck so far. Seems like our climates may be similar.

How'd the alternator adventure turn out?

Re: 1995 Ford Eldorado Shuttle bus

Hi guy's,
Just had my 40th birtday with my friends this weekend.
The pictures are not from a holiday or so but these are taken in our garden with our Airstream.
Just to let you all see how long our combination is going to be when all of the paperwork is done and the bus is legal on the Belgian roads.
Wish we already had a holiday

Nice diggs you've got there, but the flamingos are freezing their butts off!

Yes the Flamingo's are nice.
It is more an Airstream thing.
We have imported lots of birds from the U.S..
When we are on holiday in France, we put all our Flamingo's near the trailer.

Here's some useless trivia. There are more of those yard flamingos in the US than there are real ones.

Yes I know

But it is very hard to become them in Belgium because normally they do not trasport them overseas.
