A friend of me has an adress in the States so maybe it is more cheaper than let it send directley.
He has an American car garage here in Antwerp.

Ever thought of making a flexible mold and making your own fiberglass replacement? If you have anything of the original left (or know someone who has the same fender flair), You can piece it together, use clay to sculpt in the missing sections. Make up some Oogoo (homemade Sugru) and create a mold of the old piece. You might want to make a mold of the good side while you are at it and store it or go ahead and make up a replacement. Who knows, you may sell them.

If you only have the ONE side, you can use it as a pattern to sculpt one out of plain old modeling clay, OR you can get an old fender flair slice it up and adjust it to fit your fender, filling in/smoothing with clay OR you can make up your own style. Then do the mold making thing.

It's not rocket science... just patience, practice and making a mess. Read up on mold making. Once you learn how to make a mold, you can reproduce almost anything.

A friend of my neighbour does some shipping from the States from time to time.
He will come and talk to me about shipping the part in two weeks.
If he can load it in his container, I will be cheaper off I guess.

Worst case? , I have to make it myself yes.

I'm still trying to find shippingadres to have the part sent to Belgium.
On sunday we are going to have a look for wheelchair lift for the bus .
I think the price is right 950€ (1300.00 USD) but i'm going to try to get it cheaper.
The lift can pull 400 kg (about 880 Pounds) so that should be enough to pull up my harley.
I have found the lift on a website withe second hand stuff.

Don't you all think that if you ship the part with UPS or FedEx, it is more cheaper?
I don't know how much the package should weigh or howmuch volume it is.

The only thing is to pay the person who is sending it to me.
I do have Paypal so it can be a safe transfer I guess, Not?
