I do have another question (sure it won't be the last). When I get the bus out on the interstate, top speed of 63 taching around 2700 rpm. Seems very high rpms to me and worried about the life if the engine doing this on a regular basis. That speed the bus is " floor boarded" feels odd when you drive wide open.
2700 rmps to be high depends upon how the drivetrain is set up. Without more information it's hard to figure out.

I use a micro card to move pics from my phone to my pc then upload to photobucket or such...

The price on the furnace sounds high to me...

No idea on the ac, but for $1000 I would start looking for a used roof ac unit...
