Your door probably has a linear actuator motor in the compartment above the door. They're pretty simple motors and you reverse the polarity to open and close them. Check the door hinge posts where they go down through the stair well and up through the top of the door frame. Something may be binding or rusted or the motor may be getting weak.

found the motor above door sprayed it down with wd40 works a lot better
I am in Alabama etowah county i dont know what to ask as i bought it for the motor being a 7.3 with low mileage. Make me a offer and we will go form there

Eh, sorry Alabama is a little out of my range. I'm in Cali. Unless the price is $1, I'll probably have to pass. Good luck with whatever direction you decide to go. You got a good bus there.
