OK folks...let's do this --- Or at least set a firm day & time. Forgot about the Easter thing, so this Saturday...or the following Sat. or Sun. is fine. Being single, local and self-unemployed, I can work around most any schedule.
And if Cadillac can make it, even better. We can grant him official Texan status while he is here so that when we secede from the Union he can still come and go freely.
Just say when.

I remember that ECCB mentioned (when this subject 1st came up)heading up a 'convoy' from Fla. I realize that he is up to his neck in rebuilds, but I bet he needs a break. EVERYONE should come. (If I owned a bar I'd want everyone to come)

Yeah, a convoy, kind of like a biker gang except everyone is in buses. Terrorizing motorcycle gangs and small car drivers across the country.

Roger that. Sunday is a slow drinking day.
Sip a little...chat a little...sip a little...feed the ducks...sip a little...etc., etc., etc.
Things will barely be getting warmed up by 3:00 or so.
Bring it!
PS...heading over there in about an hour to try and install Big Bird. Gonna be tricky.

Success! --- And very little blood was lost in the process. What with hundreds of very pointy and very sharp steel feathers poking out everywhere, we managed to hoist him in place with relatively few serious wounds. Welded atop a steel post, he is now in place to reign over the back yard at RE:HAB Bar on the Bayou (a very quirky and friendly little joint here in Houston).
My concern about him upsetting the resident flock of ducks was obviously a misplaced concern. They paid him absolutely no never-mind.
He was immediately dubbed "MOAB"...(Mother of all Buzzards). And a couple of quasi-official, Latin-ish mottoes for him are being tossed around...
Either...
Beer Pluribus Unum
...or...
Cervisie Pro Omnibus
OK...now back to the bus for a while... ONWARD!

Cool looking old bus.
Am I missing something? Why does the synopsis have a story about "Last year, Joey was the best science student in Miss Alder's fourth-grade class." I know I'm getting old, but come on!
