Its a big bus for that engine, its literally 3x more than I paid for MUCH more bus with a much preferred engine, it has minimal head room, and appears to have some roof area rust going on from the pic.
I'd pay MAYBE 2k for such a bus, just my thoughts on it.

Whatever you do avoid the 6.0 fords unless you're really good at working on newer nightmarish diesels and are a masochist.

Very excited to see a build from kodiak. That's as an island?..?...in Alaska! I go to home Depot almost every morning I work on my conversion.... You are going to have to be much more resourceful I assume.

Fair warning removing tint is very unfun and smells awful

my first bus was a conventional (not a cutaway), 5 window bluebird .. looked like abig busjust was short..

I know the district in columbus ohio is still running at least 3 of those 5 window bluebirds.. they will probably age out soon... although columbus issalt-happy in the winter so they mauyhave rust.. i dont know..

6 window are everywhere if you are willing to go 1 more row.. im about to drive a 6 row from texas to florida that I got yesterday...

dont bother removing tint.. find someone on the forum who has a bus by the same manufacturer andsimilar year and snag their windows from them as many on here yank all the bus windows out to be replaced with RV windows..

The 5 window I just bought was used in Lee co. Florida.

Drives good but is going to get a 6v92 repower. Im getting the parts together now. I started a conversion thread. No window tint to remove. Its a semi tractor with a bus cab.lol

The 53, 71, 92 series are 2 stroke and require a blower to run. So yes got blower with a turbo on top.
