$3k vehicle +20k in accessories

finally got the last panels up and stained in front, and started on the front benches.

Re: Bookmobile / Turfmobile

I think for someone who has said I don't know what I'm doing through out this thread you have done a bang up job!

Is that the full size of your table? If so why so small? Do you plan to do most of your eating outside?

Do you plan to use some sort of panel on it to convert to another bed?

Re: Bookmobile / Turfmobile

thanks for the kind words and thanks for reading!

it is a tiny table!!

just enough room for 2 place settings

honestly, when i ordered it i was just guessing approximate size. it came from the counter top people. and you can see im building my benches now.

first go round with the benches were too big. they extended out enough to prevent walking past the table. the drivers side is right now..... but i still need to shorten the passenger side to match.

on my sketchup floor plan of the bus, it is the outside dimension of the bus. the wall framing made that measurement 8" shorter than it really is. so my small table is still too wide. when i'm done trimming the benches, there should be about 9" of clearance on the table to pass on either side. just enough to trip

no board across the camper for sleepers. passengers 3 and 4 can sleep long ways on the short sofas. both driver seat and passenger seat swivel around to extend the length of the sofa, to accommodate an adult length body.

im a single guy..... the table is plenty big for me and the dog.

i started the last 2 pieces of furniture for the bus....

cabinet shelves for both sides, one over the kitchen / seating area, and the other over the passenger side seats.

here is the first one being fitted
