Walls all finished, doorways and windows all trimmed, seams and cracks filled, and any screw/nail holes patched and sanded.
All primed! That was fun...
From the front. These photos make the bus look a lot bigger than it really is obviously.
The all natural wood look was pretty cool, but since I'll be keeping the ceiling natural, doing a butcher block counter top, and a faux hardwood floor, I think it would just be way too much natural wood if I didn't paint the walls.

Interior is lookin' really good. But...it must be tricky to drive with that big curve in the middle.

That is a lot of wood you got goin on. I was going to do the back wall like you did but I am glad I didn't. It looks good but im glad I didn't do it. looks like you will definitely need 360 view cameras on while driving.

I can see out my back window while driving and even have one of those magnifiers stuck to the window so I can see traffic behind the bus. It's basically useless. When driving I don't really care who's behind me and when backing up I use the side mirrors almost exclusively. I have a backup camera but seldom use it.

Re-installed the original plastic trim over the windshield and driver-side door
Re-installed cabinet/door after a quick paint job. Also added magnets along the bottom to keep the door closed since I wasn't able to re-use the original lock mechanism
Installed 36" base cabinet in the kitchen area. Purchased from Lowes, not too bad, definitely saved a lot of time
Dry fitting the shower pan, 32x24" RV shower pan from Lyons
Waiting for laminate wood flooring to be delivered!

I am literally starting almost the same build. 5 window Thomas with a 7.3l.. what did you do with the heater core coolant hoses, also did yours have a rear a.c. unit?

@jtgt25 There were two shut off valves under the driver side door area, so I just closed those and cut out the remaining coolant lines to the rear heater. Didn't have a rear AC unit in mine.

Did the 2-3 hour drive up to Ikea this weekend, which includes a border crossing. Closest one to us here in Rochester is Burlington, Ontario. Picked up an 8ft butcher block counter top, half will be used for the kitchen counter and the other half for the desk/dining table.
New saw blade, measured like 7 times, held my breath and luckily made a perfect cut
36" kitchen counter top, sink and faucet should be arriving this week
Re-installed the other overhead cabinet door with a fresh coat of paint and new handles

I got lucky for IKEA stuff.. there was one in tampa when I was trying out the dual-residency thing so it was easy ...
and now they built one in Columbus ohio. so close by even though im ditching the tampa place..
I really like how this bus is shaping up!!!! it just has a really nice feel about it..

Your bus is beautiful. Very restful.
Why don't you have a layer of crap and tools on the floor like I do?

Thanks to everyone for the kind words and comments. Definitely motivating!
@jtgt25 I think some setups you do need to loop it, but I guess I'll find out when I start driving mine more! I'm just assuming since their were shut offs, that it was how they turned off the rear heater in the summer time since there is not another switch or anything. I'm going to do as much as I can with solar/battery banks but not sure if I'll be able to work out a fully viable heat solution that way yet.
@Rusty Definitely a bit OCD, haha. I take all my tools back in and clean/organize things every few days. I'm not sure if it wastes more time putting everything back, or looking for them when I don't put them back... haha.
Dry fit the sink and faucet. I really need a new jig saw, the sink hole required over an hour of cutting and sanding
Sink looking a lot better than the one in my home kitchen...
