Dish soap in the window seal gap also helps. I run the rope around and to the top. Then tape the end in place on the inside of the seal with the ends hanging to the inside of the vehicle.

Thanks blackjohn, it really does look doper to me aswell, they are probably jealous now but most likly hated it for the longest. i cant wait to get away from my neighbors tho, they bugg the hell out of me each house had 10+ screaming babys the house across the street was just sold first thing new owners did was turn it into a 12 bedroom house for more screaming babys, some of the teen kids really thought i had a bunch of stripper poles on the inside, i feel my neighbors think im crazy cause i have pretty much been doing something to it every day for the past few years, maybe they think im on coccaine. Someone left a note asking if they could buy it cash on hand, pfffff neighbor pleeeze.. how much cash you think you have buddy.. but one neighbor did leave an abandoned car if front of my house so i shot it up with a bb gun, busted out all the windows that was fun, so they arnt all bad ..

Not really that difficult. All you need s some stout cordage.
- Put the seals on the glass first.
- Wrap the cordage in the outer channel of the seal
- Have someone on the outside of the bus ready to pull on the cordage.
- Hold the glass from the inside
- Have person outside pull the cord AROUND the seal .

I do it from the inside but I don't think it really matters. I use a cotton rope roughly 1/4 inch and is sold as clothes line. Stiff ropes and nylon can cut into the seal if there's any abrasions on the rope.
Harbor Freight has it for $4.99.

It's easier to install the glass from the outside as the gasket flange is usually larger on the outside, less chance of damaging the gasket by pulling the rope from the inside.

Going with guidolyons idea of using peel & stick tiles instead, going to use stone & grout for the shower.
Almost done hope you all are enjoying your 4th of july, & this thread, untill next time.

Title:eltit:
Been trying to get things done but, many ressons as to why im not, been installing a/c units on weekends, heat, lazyness, so not much is getting done. But my dad has been gone for the past few month in san fransisco building a bridge so im house sitting the mean time...
He comes back at the end of next month, so that is my crunch month to get stuff done & gtfo by time he does.
Things on the way in the mail, propane tank, & hot water heater, fridge vent so im gunna have to cut a big hole again, pretty scary. Still need to buy rooftop a/c unit, generator, deep cycle batteries maybe solar. Next on the list running water, & working fridge,
still have some fuckery to deal with on tranisions & corner moldings & whatnot. But its gettng their, .
& my counter top came unglued again so the only way for me to fix the issue was liquid nail corner molding to it, makes it look more like a picture frame to me now.
