You can see it worn around the edges in order for a turbo to work properly you need a wheel that turns as close to the turbo houseing without rubbing. a large gap in between means its not going to pull air as efficient.

I was able to get one exhaust manifold's off but there is no way in hell i am going to try for the second one it is just way to tight for me to get my hands in so I'm satisfied with one, i was completely shocked to find no gasket on it i was hoping to see were i can do a port job but i guess i will just sand blast than ceramic coat it and call it good.

200 bones later i get my liquid rubber sure hope it is worth the money
i spent on it holy cow. it says it covers 500 sq,ft. i don't think my bus is close to that..

I'd love to send you my turbo for renewal, but I'm thinking I'm gonna go with one from a higher spec DT than my lowly 190hp one.
If I end up turbo'ing my 87 ford ranger (very likely), I'll hit yall up!

a little before & after please don't pay attention to the numbers i didn't zero out the gauge. it is just a thickness reference. What a port job looks like. more power please.

Better get an EGT gauge. The vans run hot with no intercooler as it is.
