The seat itself was easy to install, just 4 bolts through the floor. You need two people because you can't access both sides of the bolt at the same time. It was a little fussy figuring the best place to go through the floor to miss stuff below.
I cut a (middle) section out of the base to lower the seat height and had a friend weld the shorter base back together.
The harder and more expensive part of the installation was the structure to hold the seat belt and at the same time I removed the bus door operating assembly and had the door rebuilt with a more normal door handle/latch.
I also added a swivel assembly to my front driver seat. I will try to include pictures.
