There have actually been at least a few northern folks not willing to travel for their bus who have had to rebuild the entire bus. They more or less "restore" the bus the way one would a classic car that's been rusted to smithereens.

Door is looking much better these days. Spent the day sanding the rear bumper, putting on the wheel arch trim, sanding, sanding, priming, and sanding. 9 hours of it today.

OH! DERP!

I can probably get some stuff done on your bus if you're in the area!

I'm a dude from Canada who stripped off all of the bus skin! Didn't make a video, though.. Not that I remember.

I removed the skin so that I could get to the straight pieces of the rib for a roof raise. Thomas slants the windows in a bit so extending at the window openings would require some flexing.

Taking the skin off was easy enough Of course, it took longer to put back together than expected. It turned out to be a good way to fix the rust around the wheel. Not that I'd recommend it as THE way to fix wheel well rust, but I had it all apart anyhow.

That shorty is looking good EB. I hope you keep it

You do good work CB... That looks fantastic. I can't wait to get back to my bumper. I got a bit of rust on it myself. I put all body work aside to work on the inside
