Sweet bus. As far as that ramp goes, have you looked for an enable switch on the left driver console panel?

My friend has a shuttle with lift, she had the same problem but she also never used the emergency brake. Once she did and with the engine running, it worked. But you should also check the fuse box(s).

You do know that unless the seatbelt is across the lift and latched, it won't work?
