Columbus Ohio (believe it or not) is turning into quite the coffee destination... alot of different shops and roasters here..

I definitely have my pick of coiffee here (and I dont mean starbucks.. although of course they are here too)..

Insulated walls are in! I may catch some flack for the osb but I like it, a few coats of water based poly I think it looks pretty cool.

Now on to the fun stuff.

Yeah that too.....Im planning on doing spray foam sooner than later. I had the pink stuff in the garage so used it as a placeholder. I'm mostly interested in getting the basics done so it can be used a few times before the central ny winter hits.

Todays progress. A lot more of the interior done today.

Got the front of the bed platform sheeted with the big flip up door for storage access

Framing in progress

Counters, cabinets and a big "closet" in progress

Stainless steel tabletop that a tenant of mine tossed and I thought would fit right in.

Getting there!

Nice, I like how you cut the doors out and laid them back in, cool grain.
Like to do similar but then with round corners.

My fiance and her mom hooked the curtains up for the bus! Blackout fabric on the outside....these things really turned out nice.

Probably not, I will have a portable toilet stored under the bed I'd assume.

So we just took our first long trip on the bus.....I'm calling this thing the plywood palace. I'm in central NY and we went to Cape henlopen Delaware and then did a night in Philly on the way back. The bus ran great and aside from the ridiculous temperatures and the fact that that area of the country has no real pull off the road and camp areas (we had a spot for 4 nights but ended up in a sketchy walmart lot on night 1) it was a great week. Put a fan in the roof (thankfully) and a quick and easy solar system.
Here's a few pics....looking forward to the next trip.

The fold up jump seat for my special lady to sit on

Maxxair fan and grape 100 watt panel

The yeti 400 (small and probably not a forever setup but worked great)

Thanks very much! I believe its just under 22 ft long. Id like to put a little deck on the back to tote my vespa or dual sport. Probably wont get to it before the snow falls (which in Syracuse is probably next week)

Hey Adam,
I like your build. Makes a lot of sense. Question? How did you get 2x4 to stay on the wall. I assume it is framed like a knee wall but I don't see any screw holes into the frame. Also, is your bed a single or a full? Thank you for sharing all your info.
