Mini Mobility bus build starting!

Well, I got the old girl home, stripped out the non essentials and I am beginning my build.
I am starting with the washroom, sourced a combo shower pan, bought a low profile toilet (I am making it a wet bath), dug out my old shurflo pump, a instant hot water heater (I know, I know) and started by cutting off brackets underneath the bus for my black water and grey water tanks.


Anyone have thoughts on the best way to affix the actual shower pan? I want the bottom to float, but thought I should?? screw?? the lip in?


Because the drains are so close, I may have to drop the drain end of the blackwater tank so I can plumb in the grey. I haven't got that far...I am focusing on making the framing strong like bull

Why delete? sideways is better than none at all.

If people cai'nt read sideways pic's the how will they ever deal with the slanted exterior walls in a lot of skoolies.
Pics look like good work.
I would second gues the diamond tread stuff at the stove top cause only mechanics degrease and a scrub brush will truly get it clean after burgers,steaks or other things.
The cleaners and scrub brush or any other kitchen safe cleaner is gonna take the pretty coating off of it and scratch it to dull quick if cleaned sanitarilly.
I have worked with a lot of diamond plate and the aluminum looks good at first but after that factory coating wears off you can only pressure wash it with hot water to get the grease off/steam? Anything else scratches and dull's it.
I have even stained true stainless steel?
Chlorination water testing of a huge building?
Had to flush the chlorine to everything but the farthest point was a 4000$ kitchen sink.
The farthest point from the water source that was also the test point?
I put the chlorine to that double 4-story building at the water source entrance.
Passed the test just fine but the stainless was stained and the govt wanted a brand new sink?
They paid for one.? The one installed? Company ate that? Now I disconnect any thing like that and flush it somewhere safe and they get a water sample out of the supply pipe to the sink and not the actual sink itself.
Sorry my past experiences caught up? I would re-think the tread in the kitchen idea if it were me? But it ain't.

Buy an International, they have flat sides all around.
I would powder coat the diamond plate to an agreeable color. Much tougher than paint, cleans easily.

Any details on your folding bed? It looks like a cool option, I had been researching Murphy bed kits for my nine window.



Some questions: Will it end up completely vertical? Queen sized? Is it mounted over the wheel well?

Does that hot water heater need to be vented outside? I love shuttle buses.. Use mine to haul my trailer for ATV trips.
