My new short bus. '07 Chevy Collins

We pick it up on Friday. It's an '07 Chevy Collins bus with a gas motor. It has 125K miles on it. It drives good, like new tires. It has spent it's life in Texas so there is no rust.

We plan on converting it into a shaved ice truck.

Are there are issues with this chassis that I need to be aware of?

Welcome! Good looking bus! I also have a 2007 Collins built on a Chevy express chassis. Mine has the LMM Duramax diesel in it and I've been having problems with it. Chassis is good and mine drives good! I've been working on sealing some leaky windows up after hard rains.

Thanks.

I hear the Duramax is a good motor but I have never owned one. The last diesel that I owned had a CAT engine.
