Re: My Progress >> More photos! Paint almost done

If it where my bus ........ I would mount the solar panels on the roof and leave em.........
The battery compartment would be underneath the bus and and vented outside, the electronic's ie Inverter/controller needs to be inside and separate from the batteries.....

I love your bus. It is so cheery to look at. I am concerned for your safety though. The frig and for that matter anything else in the bus that is not securly tied down simply will not "remain put" in the event of a wreck--it will fly around like an unguided missle smashing whatever it comes into contact with. I'm sure many folks on this site can give you ideas as how to tie stuff down and bungi cords don't count. My two cents worth.

jack is right...
you should be able to have a welding shop make a battery box so you can mount your golf cart batteries out of the way and out of sight...

Is all the art work hand painted?...or vynal...if hand painted that is so awesome...crisp lines etc...almost looks like a wrap....very good job.
And like Ol'T said it makes me smile everytime I look at it
