New to skoolie...

Hello everyone. I may be in the wrong group of folks, but I am in the process of converting my short bus into a food truck. I have just finished the outside and I am very happy with it. Now I just have to clean the inside up, dump the wheelchair lift, and figure out what will go where. On the other hand, I am a little lost on running electrical, propane, and plumbing. Any suggestion would be nice.

Also, I had the idea of running a 50amp electrical box to power up a vent hood, some outlets, an a/c unit in one of the emergency exits on the roof. I was thinking to set it up like a camper plug. Ideas?

Thank you,
John
