Newbie looking at a bus

I'm brand new to this forum and am currently looking at a bus a friend of mine has. Can anyone tell me if the price is in line or if it's more than it should be? I don't know any more about the bus than what's shown in this image. Any assistance would be appreciated!

That tells me what I need to know. I've got the guy's phone number, but I wanted to get an idea of what I was looking at since I'm just starting out on this journey. Thanks for the input!!!

Hard to tell much, but at least it does look clean. Is that the original mileage? Diesel or gas?

It is the original mileage. I'll give the guy a call and go look at it. I want to see how much space there actually is and then do some sketches of what I might be able to do with it. I suspect he'd part with it for less than he's asking. I don't know that there's a huge market for small buses around here or not, plus I don't know how serious he is about selling it. I'll find out though and post back again once I do. It might be a week or so since we're coming up on a holiday weekend. Thanks!

Agreed-about 2x as much as the normal shortie. But 55k IS ultra low mileage. Maybe $4500-$5000?

Make sure to find out about the engine. Gas would be undesirable in my opinion for many many reasons. I would look for one with a diesel!

Hi, I'm new to the forum and am thinking about a bus like this. I don't mean to hijack the thread but just wondered if people have thoughts about this size and make of bus. Such as, is this as strong, reliable as the Bluebird types or near enough? And I'm wondering if it would be tricky or outrageously expensive to get some replacement r.v. type windows for some of it. In general I am wondering if this is the route to go for my husband and I. I would like a bus around 24ft. or less. And if there is somewhere to direct me for more information rather than jumping in on someone else's thread please do. Thanks
