Overload Starcraft

I'm working on 2010 Starcraft commercial bus conversion. Somehow I manage to install a 100 gal tank freshwater, 2 x 3 feet granite countertop, fridge, stove. Am I on my way to overloading? Appreciate any suggestions/inputs.

My "best guess" would be that it would be fairly well loaded with 18 passengers and their seats. If it were me, I would figure 200lbs per passenger. That would give you 3600 lbs to play with.

100 gallons of water is going to eat up 800lbs of that. I would "weigh" your options there.... Do you really need 100 gallons of water in a rig that size? Keep in mind that your "average" RV carries 30-45 gallons.

I put 200 gallons of fresh in my last bus but it was 40' long, weighed 28k lbs empty and had a GRVW of 44k lbs. I had a lot more headroom as far as weight goes. It was nice to have. I could boondock for 3 weeks. Necessary? No, but it was nice to have.
