Purchasing a stripped or prebuilt skoolie?

Getting ready to purchase my school bus

The ideal setup is f450 7.3 powerstroke 4 window.

A group of people I found on the craigs actually purchase ideal 4-6 window school buses only 7.3s to convert.

One of their deals is
They range from 110-130k miles are mechanically inspected and maintained, registered as a rv, strip all seats and pressure washed, Insulated floors walls and ceilings,
6-7k depending on miles and size.

And full busses with solar and furniture for 11-12k and everything in between.

Sounds like a great deal to me. I'm really thinking about going this route. Depending how much they charge to frame a bed or do the solar (stuff that they do so much they are efficiency at it) they can do it too.

What's your thoughts here the link if others are interested too in SoCal
