Removing heater from short bus

Hey guys, so this is my first post/encountered problem. This heater under the seat! I have a 99 Bluebird chevy short bus that I’m converting into a food truck and I need it gone. Besides that, I live in Florida, def no need for that extra heater.
Previous owner says it never worked but I want to know what to do to take it out safely and how! Lol

If anyone can please help and point me in the right direction it would be highly appreciated. Thanks. I provided a few pics below of the hoses and wiring that I’ve followed to the back of the driver seat. I located it through some info I’ve gathered on other threads. Also included a pic of the fuse box just incase.

Trace the fluid lines back to the motor. Find where the coolant comes out and where it goes back in . Remove one line, cut the other short and route it into the opening left where you removed the other line. There's a lot of coolant in the lines, so be ready for that mess. You want to keep the front heater as it is the defroster and drivers heat.

Mine was a pain... I had a few lines and "Y's" to deal with. It wasn't a cut two and loop one back like I thought it was. I had to look up Duramax engine cooling lines routing and figure out where to make the loop...

Ditto!

I was thinking that I should be able to pull the lines from the under-seat radiator and just "short" those together under the bus to unblock the floor work I need to do. At some later date, I may want to re-install some kind of heater in the back.

I have no doubt that I'm the outlier, here. It's a role I to which I'm accustomed...
I left the dual-fan terminus intact, along with the sideboard vents in mine.
Being how I've the especially gutless 175 HP variant of the T444E, I want to be able to shed excess heat, muy rapido.
Easily built around, and besides- I live in Texas. What's a little extra 210° inside..?
