I've gotten the method down now to using a heat gun on high and a scraper tool. The rubber wheel I save for the remaining adhesive.
Of course, the rubber wheel is a lifesaver on REALLY stubborn decals!
I love how your paint job turned out, you did good!

I'll definitely check all the seals and get this bus sealed up tight!
roof hatch and passive vent have to go. No strobe, thankfully.
I'm going to replace the 4 drive tires soon. They're balding lol.
Found some 81mph-rated 10r's for $800 delivered. Seems to be exactly what I need!

THAT'S THE PLAN!
80 would only be for passing or extremely fast sections of Atlanta freeway etc.
But having passing power in a bus is a REAL LUXURY.
You GOTTA drive this thing, Chris. Its unreal how awesome the drivetrain and steering are!

Coldest day we've had so far @ 36f.
We're going to head out to the bus and pull the seats out today. I'll probably keep the nicest one or two, but the rest will go out to the curb for some "lucky" scrapper.
These seats are EXTRA low. I've never seen them like this, it must have been a special ed bus for kindergarten or pre-k.
Can't find TES 295 atf fluid here, so I'm ordering some. Nothing but the BEST for this shorty!
Also- we'd love to get some paint scheme suggestions. We really wanted Tffany aqua blue, but TOO MANY buses are painted that color. We kinda want something different, more unique.

I found a couple more gallons here locally, so I should have enough for now.
Just going to drain the pan and change the spin on filter for now.
Oreilly's has BP brand tes 295 for 55 a gallon. They only had two but they're getting me three more this week. Plus I'll have the Transynd I ordered, so should have plenty to change out all the old stuff and then some!
And yeah, its COLD!
When's the next time you'll be down here in FL?

I'm going to drain and refill the transmission today. And start on the driver's side decals and reflective tape.
Trying to keep this project moving!
