If that happens, don't post about a prospective bus publicly in the future.
Lurkers are digging for the info as we speak, I can almost assure you.
Even if its a 5.9, with the right transmission that would still be a killer setup for a short bus.

Thank you so much, ECCB.

Congrats ! I still have 2 trucks left with ISC's- they are great. hit me up w/ ?'s.
ECCB- Read those DT466 motors have an issue with leak in front cover-- gets eaten. Check for that.
front cover. The coolant had eaten away at the aluminum and caused a leak. International has an updated cover for it, which unfortunately requires you to also replace the inner portion of the front cover with the revised outer.
I was told that the red antifreeze will cause those problems. If they still have the truck, and that's what was in it, ask them about that new Shell ELC coolant, it's yellow. That's suppose to eliminate that problem so you won't have it in the future. Have them refill it with that.

If you can, do a compression test and a cooling system pressure test.
Compression test will tell you if it's just the coolant part that is leaking. Coolant pressure test will tell you if the cooling system is being pressurized by the engine when it runs.
Either way, yeah, a new head gasket is in your future. When the head is off, have it checked for flatness or you could be doing it again fairly soon.
Good luck. It's hours of work but at least you have access.
An oil sample to Blackstone Labs is a good idea too. They will tell you how much coolant is in the oil, if any.

NO definitely NOT the head gasket.
as stated- zero signs of any contamination in the oil or coolant. NO smoke, runs like a beast.
Its trickling right where the inlet and outlet for water are at the block/front cover junction.
Why is a new head gasket in my future???
That rusty spot looks like its been there for many years. I spent HOURS staring at every part of this bus, especially the engine. There was NEVER any sign of coolant on any part of the engine till this leak started pissing out right when I was looking at it the other day. When I got the bus it had just done 20 hours on the interstate and the entire engine was dry, no coolant and only MINOR oil here and there that would be expected.
Coolant pressure and compression are definitely on the "to-test" list. But I don't have the stuff to do either.

That was the first thing I found on google, too.
Hopefully that inner/outer replacement scenario isn't as bad on mine, as that one is an 05 with egr.
I can likely to the outer front cover, but the inner scares me a bit. Only way to see is to tear into it.
If the inner and outer really are eaten away and its not just a failed gasket I'll likely just get used stuff, as I definitely don't want to pay over two grand just for the parts from IC.
