According the School Bus Fleet forum, 2000-2004 are the most susceptible to this issue. But I've found a few cases of late 90's and post-2004 DT's having it, too.

Just called em, and they're emailing me the estimate in the next hour or so.
Man, this bus has been all SUSPENSE since day 1!!

No idea. They so far down on my list of things to do I've not even given them much of a glance.

Repair estimate isn't good. I've asked them for more info. I got a long list of part numbers and a price I simply can't afford even if I wanted to pay it.
May have to call the tow company back.

current estimate is $8700. I have to see what all these parts they've got listed break down to. Unreal.

Wow, that is bad, no surprise they were dragging their feet on the estimate, that is just way out of proportion.
man, I feel for you know, that is horrible.

I think this may be the end of the bus hobby for me.

No, it's just the beginning of your B&B.

Now you're starting to see why so many of us stoop to using JB Weld.
