I hope the cams have gotten smaller. They weren't always that small. The fatty will make things right.

Gonna finish decal removal tomorrow and maybe even do the water pump on my Dodge.
The body on this bus is so nice that I'll save a TON of time on prep work.
Will go over it with 220 grit top to bottom, then 320 or so. Gonna fill in any holes form deleting trim and unnecessary pieces, then mask it off and spray it with some decent automotive single stage.
Still haven't decided on colors yet.

Yeah, that's a technological improvement since I was in that position. You know those black soaker hoses people use in the yard? That's what they used to look like.

I think that bus is a keeper. I'd like to find one like that but I don't want to switch horses.

Yeah, its definitely a keeper. HARD to find a bus this size with this engine and trans.
I wanna drop the pan on the transmission soon, and replace the spin on filter too. I plan to take extra special care of this 2000.

Best of luck with the cancer thing bud. Been there, stage four, done that and it sucks. But...it can be beat. I am a testament to that. Just set your head to besting that crap.

I just had a prostate exam done recently.
I knew things turned a little weird when the doctor asked me drop my pants and place my elbows on the table . . .[emoji20]

I think that's just kinky doctors. They can tell by your bloodwork if you've got a prostate problem.

I had the same experience ! I thought it was really odd as the appointment was just a teeth cleaning.

OK then. Tango's build has deteriorated into a discussion of how you roll your socks. CB's bus has deteriorated into...... this. I'm stickin' with Tango. What was the address of that bar in Houston again?

LOL

Well- I did get out this morning and removed some stubborn reflective strips and some decals. About 40% done.
I'll upload some pics later. Heading out to work on my van. The water pump went out.

I'll post a few pics when I settle in for the evening.
The reflective tape is much more stubborn that Sandi's was. Less so than my Colorado bus, but I definitely am fighting a bit with some of it.

That is one solid looking bus! Nice.

I hated the reflective tape - one side came off easily - the other side took two rubber wheels.
