Shuttle bus conversion

I am planning on starting my build during the winter.Shuttle is a 94 E350 29 passenger. Any thoughts or ideas?

I've been thinking of removing the passenger area and building my own. If anyone is done this and can offer any insight I would be greatly appreciative.

I was chatting with a shuttle bus owner about buying one like yours from him - I told him that I wanted to build a garage in the back portion - he was very negative about the idea, saying there was no frame under the back end past the tag axles - he said he couldn't even add a trailer hitch to it

That's kind of one of the reasons I was thinking of rebuilding the box to make it size more correctly to the chassis. But u want to keep the granny duty frame for weight reasons.
