Sleeping Cabin on TOP of Bus

Hi everyone. I'm considering buying a short bus and adding a sleeping quarters on the roof. I was wondering if anyone else has done this and can share pics. I'd use the escape hatch as the entrance and build a small cabin out of wood on top of the bus, just tall enough to sit up in bed.
