Watch your cooking times on your microwave. The clock it uses most likely runs on the 60-hertz AC signal provided it, and although the inverter provides an approximated square wave, it may not be at 60 hertz and/or the microwave may not pick up on all the waves, or pick up multiple times on some waves (depending on how it clocks off of the modified wave). Shouldn't be a major problem, just something to watch for and time the first couple of times to see if you need to modify your cook times accordingly.
For others reading, you'll find similar problems with alarm clocks and bread machines, any older appliance with a timer. And with bread machines, the longer you count on that clock (hours vs minutes) the more it can be off.

As for keeping things from flying all over the place, I am still working on that, too! Drawers fly open and things fall over. Every time I drive somewhere.

Velcro is your friend. Take a tab of it and put it on the backside of the drawer's front so the velcro meets with the wall of the cabinet. Works same for cabinet doors. I found the cheaper the velcro the more likely heavy dishes will hit against with enough force to open the door. However, if you put a little mesh across the lower half of an opening that stops things flying. I've bought mesh (craft/fabric stores) and even used those mesh bags from oranges and onions.

Looking good! Darn tempted to buy one of those myself. Lady near here has one with 17' feet of interior usable space, that's 1 foot shy what I need. Love the big windows. Hate hate hate the low ground clearance.

That reminds me of "Thunder on the Ohio" (minus the heat of course).

No "thunder on the ohio" this year. All boat races have been cancelled. The first thought was to put some sort of mini boat out there but that didnt fly to well either.
