No "thunder on the ohio" this year. All boat races have been cancelled. The first thought was to put some sort of mini boat out there but that didnt fly to well either.
Dang!!!!!! What the heck happened?!?!? Next thing you'll tell me is there's no Frog Follies this month... Now THAT would be depressing!

I don't know all what happened. I know last year they ran the hydros but at a different time of the year and they were not part of the freedom fest. The freedom fest has been a money losing venture lately. I assume the frog follies still go on. I haven't heard anything of thier demise. I drive a truck and sometimes I am not the best to ask of the goings on

Sounds like me when I lived there. Remember, I used to work for M.T.L. and/or W.D.A. back when I was young and foolish.

Sorry about the hijack. Now back to our story..........

People keep telling me that there is always something to repair on your chosen mode of transportation, guess that's true
Have fun over there!

Re: "The Bondo Condo" - 15-passenger E350 Shorty

I just joined the forum and just finished reading every single one of your posts. I am looking at a gas 350. I got TONS of ideas from your posts.

If we buy the E350 it will be our first conversion and I am very excited about it. The bus I am looking at has about 225,000 miles on it but if my mechanic thinks every thing is in good working order I am ready to jump in. I am a bit worried about the miles but this bus is the perfect size for me to drive - my husband can drive anything but I'm a wimp. Plus I want to be able to pull into parking spots in town.

Please keep posting your progress!!

Re: "The Bondo Condo" - 15-passenger E350 Shorty

I drove back from Seattle on Wednesday on 197 just a little bit before Dufur and saw the same thing. Incredible. When the moon was just coming up it was so big and red i wasn't sure that it was the moon at first.

That's some nice work that your doing to the Bondo Condo. Maybe i'll get a look at it some time when you drive past to go to The Cove. Safe and happy traveling to ya!

Good Luck and have fun! Look forward to hearing about it on your return. By then I hope to have our 350 completed - I will be checking back to your posts for reference as we go.
