This may help you. Near as I can tell, skoolies get better mpg than a comparable RV. Class A's and many Class C never see 10 mpg. My 22 ft Class C (on a GMC G3500 chassis w/ gas engine) gets between 6 and 8 mpg. Our 40 ft diesel bluebird skoolie stomps on the Class C's mpg.
