Where to look for Shorties for Sale near Memphis, TN

I've tried Craigslist, ebay, googling school buses for sale, church busses for sale, etc and I'm just not seeing much. Trying to get an idea of pricing and whatnot. any ideas? should I approach schools, day cares, churches etc personally?

Just gotta be patient and ready. There are LOTS of fullsize buses for every one shorty out there.
They seem to pop up in WV and TX a lot.

Do check with your area school districts. Buying direct can save you a bundle and...you can crawl all over them...and very often you can get the maintenance log for any rig you choose.

I've got a former school bus driver who's going to do some calling for me to find out when and where they sell the decommissioned buses around here.

When you're looking for a bus it would get you more responses if people knew where you are. Can you flesh out your profile a little?
