1987 MCI No Emergency Stop?

Hello everyone, first post here!
I have recently purchased a 1987 MCI 102A3 with 6V92TA. I can't find any reference to the emergency stop in the manual and I can't find any controls for this on the bus either. Does this bus not have the typical DD two stroke emergency stop on the intake?

It does not have one, they were eliminated when they went to the single screw spring loaded racks, that can not be held open by a stuck fuel injector

Thanks Kubla! I guess it's good to know a stuck injector can't cause a runaway now, but that doesn't handle external causes like a seal leak on the turbo.
