Offgr1d, may we have a photo of your M11 engine pulley setup? We have burned through 4 pulleys already and must have something wrong.

We especially need: Crankshaft to idler arm, idler arm to fan.

Thank you for the images, they helped us put our system in order to stop losing belts. We just lost our fuel injector pump, so stuck in Stockton.

What year is you T945?
Mine is a 1998 - I'm surprised to hear this many problems happening with your engine.. it's a major bummer... Hopefully soon you will be home and have covered all the trouble parts on this trip - lol... I'm guessing maybe she was sitting for some time before your purchase...

Ours is a 1993. We just found out at the mechanics that it had an electrical fire at some point. I think we should stop hijacking your awesome build thread. Maybe get all the negative posts of mine to a new thread.

Hey Offgr1d!

While we ponder the return of our Van Hooligan we have been punting around concepts, between scripts and other hi-jinks.



ONE: What direction do the Van Hool side windows open? The MCI's are straight up, but the Van Hool's look like side hinged doors. Can't find an example online, my Google is weak today.

TWO: Do you need any of the side glass? Our plan isn't going to be using any of them currently.

Just a couple thoughts on your layout - putting the toilet that far back will be difficult (the tag axles are under your location there) this is one reason my bath is more in the middle of coach. The furthest back you can place with ease is post the fixed middle window and before the middle of the next back.. If you look in bays, there is a ledge used for electrical and heater valves, but this area is the most aft easy access spot to put your plumbing (unless you go compost) then don't worry about anything I said...
I'm very interested in a couple Windows - I have one that's cloudy and wouldn't mind a spare or two if I do shipping or freight for em...

The Windows hinge from the top and swing outward / like a awning if they are open far. They will tilt all way open to be completely level with ground.
