1964 International Loadstar 1600 bus/RV

I saw this bus/RV advertised. It looks in great condition exterior wise but it has been sitting for 10 years. Owner says it starts with starting fluid but needs a complete fuel system clean-out, new brake booster and clutch master cylinder. I'm sure it needs a complete brake overhaul, carb overhaul, and all new tires as well. Looks like it has a straight six gas motor. Has a second lever to the right of the gear shift, does that mean a two-speed rear axle?
I'm just wondering what would be the parts availability to make the needed repairs to a bus this old, would that be a problem or could generic parts for other vehicles be substituted.

Second lever to the right of the gearshift is most likely parking brake. A two speed rear will often have the switch mounted on the gearshift lever.

Parts can be hard to find. It has taken some time and effort to get what I need for my 71.
