1997 Blue Bird TC/2000 Front Engine with a Cummins 8.3??

Hello, friends!

I am looking at an unconverted 1997 Blue Bird TC/2000 that is in great condition. The owner is reporting that it has a Cummins 8.3L, but I can't confirm that they ever offered a FE model with that engine.

Can somebody please confirm this? It looks as though it probably has a 5.9L instead...

Thanks!
Chris

Front engine TC2000 never had the 8.3 option. It was either the 5.9 or a GM 427 gas engine. It will also have the AT545 transmission.

I am sure you can get better answers from more informed people but wiki says no.... RE only. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Bird_TC/2000
