351 motor locked up

if i had an engine totally locked up and it wasnt a model a or something like that = that needed the engine to be filled with penetrating oil or diesel and sat cause of stuck rings, i would probably pull the valve covers and intake to check valves and pushrods. or use the hf scope..
rings, water, crankshaft problems, cam stuff, etc can all make engine stuck.

Just as 49 said....

I would remove the spark plugs and fill them will diesel and let them site for maybe a couple of days. I would remove the inspection cover and try to move the flexplate/fly wheel one direction as far as you can then reverse the direction to have it break free. I recently did this on a 350 that took on some water this last winter.

I would follow chevy49s advice. Its dead on as I would also do. Make doesnt really play much in to it per se. I ended up taking the heads off my 350 cause it has some rusty sludge in one of the cylinders so it did turn out to be a good choice.
