air compressor and regulator maintenance

I believe what yoiu are talking about is the air dryer and these should be serviced annually to biannually. I do not have a air system on my bus but my in my Semi usually eplace the desicant cartridge, the purge valve and the check valve. I drop the dryer right down and complety dsmantle and clean all dirt out. Also look around because many places that sell truck components have rebullt ones that arnt usually to much money and then you can just swap it out. If i new the type of air dryer u have i could give you better info.
