Allison CLT-755 mechanical trans

Are these transmissions of any use to our bus community? There are a boat load of them in Oklahoma City on GovLiquidation.com.

I think you are more likely to find them in something like a garbage truck.

To big?

That's what they're putting in the new army deuce and a halves. All the 18 year old inductees like to try to do burnouts with the trucks, and I'm pretty sure those were the busted transmissions.

I think they're out of HEMTTs, since digging a little further into the bid, indicates they're part of an Oshkosh purchase. But still too big
