Blue Bird 1989

Good evening everyone. Long story short but I recently crossed my battery cables on my 1989 Bluebird flatnose with 5.9 cummins. Yea I know!!!!!! So my ignition fuse blew so I replaced it and also wire going to starter silenoid burnt so I put in new starter today. Turns over great but will not start. Seems like fuel issue maybe a fuse????? Could I have zapped my fuel pump or relay? Where is my fuel pump and relay on this bus? I have mechanical pump which doesn't seem to pump too much fuel when I took off fuel filter. Fuel barely drips out when I prime mechanical pump. Fuel filter didn't have much fuel in it. I have to move my bus from where it is parked at rv park. Any help beyond appreciated. Thank you!!!!
