brake light switch please help

hello
i just bought my bus a few months ago, the brake lights were working then about a week ago they stopped. the fuse has power, but the brake lights themselves dont, they are grounded and the bulbs are good, all the other lights are working fine. someone told me to check the brake light switch? does anyone know where that would be located? i look on the brake petal itself and didnt see one, but i dont know much about it {learning as i go}. ive looked online and cant find a diagram for it. please any input would be of help, thanks in advance for your time. oh yeah its a 88 international 7.3 navistar air brakes. thanks again little angel
